BendBroadband is in active negotiations with the NFL Network with the hope of launching the channel during the 2009-10 season.  If we are able to reach an agreement, the channel would be carried as part of the Preferred channel package.  While we are making every effort to work out a deal with the NFL Network, as always we are negotiating with careful consideration of the impact on the price our subscribers pay for TV service and in which package the channel is carried.
