Caller ID Directly to your TV
With Alpha and BendBroadband home phone, you won’t have to run to the phone to see who’s calling. When you receive an incoming call, you’ll see a caller ID message indicator on the screen no matter where you are in the menu. The message indicator automatically dismisses itself after 30 seconds or you can press OK on your remote to close it even quicker.
Onscreen Call History
Alpha maintains a list of all the calls you’ve received. You can access this list in two ways: through the BendBroadband Alpha Phone category or by pressing OK on a caller ID message indicator.
