Installation pricing notes:
- The Service installation price covers the cost of one outlet of each service installed. The amount charged for each additional outlet will be determined onsite by the installer based on whether or not the outlet is pre-wired.
- Customers who upgrade from analog Basic Cable TV service to Digital Cable TV service will be charged for Cable TV installation.

Understanding Your Cable Bill
 BendBroadband bills in advance, prior to the month of service.
There are 2 sides to the bill, front and back. Your bill will include an itemized statement of services, equipment, franchise fees and taxes for which you are being billed.
If services are added in the middle of a billing cycle, pro-rate charges will appear on your next bill, as well as the following month's charges.
Payment of your bill is due 15-20 days from the cycle date or the date your statement was printed.
Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or by credit card. BendBroadband accepts MasterCard or Visa.
All Basic Cable Subcribers are subject to an additional monthly FCC Tax.
Customers who live inside the incorporated city limits of Bend, Redmond
and Sisters are subject to an additional monthly Franchise Fee applied to Cable TV service.
On-Time Guarantee
Our On-Time Guarantee is a commitment to better serve you. We know your time is important, and that's why we are on time for installation and service appointments. If we're late, you'll receive a $20 credit.
