The Business Basic package includes the following features:

The Business Office package includes all the features of the Business Line package plus:



Unlimited local and long distance** calling in the continental US with 60 business calling features. Business Voice Mail with E-mail Access optional. Multi-year contracts available.



The Business Premium package includes all the features of the Business Office package plus:



* Professional modem installation on all packages.
** Unlimited plan includes up to 3,000 long distance minutes per line, additional long distance minutes are 5 cents per minute.

Call Waiting

Answer a call while already engaged on another call.

Caller ID

Allows you to see the number and, if available, the name of an incoming caller. You can then decide whether or not to answer the call. If you choose not to answer, it will be forwarded to your voicemail (if applicable).

Caller ID Block

Block delivery of your Caller ID on an individual call basis.

Directory Listing

Allow people to reach you and have your listing included in the local phone directory at no additional charge.

Block 900/976

With BendBroadband Phone, outgoing calls to 900/976 numbers are automatically blocked.
Note: Similar to cell phones, incoming collect calls are not supported by our phone service at this time.

Technical Assistance (611)

Our easy direct line to our local Customer Care team! Should you experience a problem, as a BendBroadband Phone customer you can call for technical assistance at any time by dialing 611 from your home phone.

Enhanced 911 Service (911)

Contact local police, fire and other emergency services by dialing 911. With Enhanced 911, the address where you have your BendBroadband phone service will automatically pop up on the 911 dispatcher's screen.

Anonymous Call Rejection

Reject phone calls from callers who have intentionally blocked their Caller ID.

Automatic Call Back

Monitor busy extension and automatically establish call when busy extension becomes available (within a group).

Basic Call Logs

A page in the Call Manager that provides you with call logs for calls received, missed and placed.

Call Forwarding Always

Send all calls to another number that you specify, including voicemail.

Call Forwarding Busy

Send calls to another number or voicemail whenever you are on the phone.

Call Forwarding No Answer

Send calls to another number or voicemail whenever you don't answer you phone within a set number of rings.

Call Forwarding Not Reachable

Allows for configuring a location (for example, a mobile phone) where a call can be redirected when the main line is unreachable due to technical reasons.

Call Park

Enables a user to hold a call then pick up the call from another phone within the company.

Call Pickup

Enables you to pick up any call designated in your pickup group.

Call Return

Call the last party who called by dialing the feature access code, even if you don't know who the last caller was.

Call Transfer

When this service is assigned, you can transfer a call using the flash-based services or the Call Manager. When Call Transfer Recall is configured, you can ensure that the calling party is handled by a live person, either the intended destination or the receptionist. Call Transfer Recall also prevents diversion by the transfer destination, to avoid sending the calling party to voice mail and to ensure that Call Transfer Recall is activated if the transfer destination is unavailable.

Do Not Disturb

Configure to prevent your phone from ringing. Callers are sent to Voice Messaging or another specified location, such as a number indicated by the Call Forwarding Busy service.

Flash Call Hold

Enables users to hold a call for any length of time by flashing the switch-hook on their phone and dialing the respective feature access code. Parties are reconnected again with the switch-hook is flashed and the feature access code is dialed again.

Hunt Group

Allows users to be included in a sub-group for specified incoming call patterns:
  • Circular: sends calls in a specific order
  • Order: sends calls as they are setup in the list by the administrator
  • Simultaneous: rings all phones in the group at the same time
  • Uniform: the call goes the person who’s phone has been idle the longest

Last Number Redial

Redial the last number you just called by entering the feature code.

My Phone Manager Portal

A portal that the customer can manage their features on-line. For example, change password, activate or deactivate features, set speed dial lists, manage voicemail features and greetings.

Series Completion

Assigned to a select number of lines to forward calls on a “busy” condition. It is a type of “hunting” in which the next line of the group is tried in a pre-arranged order without any limit to the number of sequential forwards.

Speed Dial 8

Create a speed call list of up to 8 numbers that can be used by dialing a single digit.

Speed Dial 100

Create a speed call list of up to 100 numbers that can be used by dialing up to three digits.

Three-Way Calling

Create a three-way call by adding a third party to a call already in progress. You can also put one call on hold and make a second call to consult with another party. The party on hold does NOT hear the conversation

Account / Authorization Codes

Account codes - Enables the tracking of calls by prompting for an account code. Account codes can also be used on a per call basis in which you have the option to enter an account code by dialing the feature access code before the call or by using the switch-hook then dialing the feature access code (to register an incoming call from a client). Authorization codes – act in the same way but must be a valid code.

Alternate Numbers

Enables users to have up to 10 phone numbers to them. The usual ringing is provided for incoming calls to their second or third telephone number. For outgoing calls, the primary line is the calling line identity.

Automatic Hold/Retrieve

The Automatic Hold and Retrieve service provides an alternate method to hold and retrieve calls. The service is assigned to users so that incoming calls to these users are automatically held and retrieved, without having to use feature access codes.

Barge-In Exempt

If assigned, you cannot have other callers barge into your calls.

Call Forwarding Selective

Enables you to forward your calls up to 12 pre-programmed numbers.

Call Hand-Off

Allows you to transfer a call from your cell phone to your BendBroadband phone and vice versa.

Call Manager

An alternative method to access select phone features within My Phone Manager portal.

Call Notify

By defining your call rules within My Phone Manager portal, you can trigger a notification to your email about an incoming call.

Calling ID Block Override

Enables you to always see the Caller ID, if available, whether or not the calling party blocked it or not.

Customer Ringback

Enables users to specify custom audio files for custom Ringback tones versus standard system tones.

Directed Call Pickup

Enables you to answer a call directed at another phone in your company by dialing the feature access code followed by the number of the ringing phone.

Directed Call Pickup With Barge-In

The ability to pickup a call directed to another telephone number in the same company. It also enables the person to barge-in on the call if already answered thereby creating a three-way call.

Incoming Call Director

Enables you to configure multiple ways to handle incoming calls dependent on your status. Available – In the office; Available – out of the office; Busy and Unavailable. This can be configured via My Phone Manager portal or Voicemail menu.

Multiple Call Arrangement

Receive multiple calls at the same time on multiple phones.

Music on Hold

Enables a .wav file to be played while caller is on hold (must have licensed content to use). Can also be used with Call Park.

N-Way Calling

Allows users to add up to 10 callers to a call.

Outlook Integration of Contact Phone Numbers

Integrate your personal contacts from Microsoft Outlook to use as a phone list to make calls via My Phone Manager; incoming calls can match to Outlook as well to enable display of contact details.

Priority Alert

Configure select phone numbers for which you want to receive a distinctive ring.

Privacy

Allows you to exclude your number from the company directory and lists in the My Phone Manager portal.

Push to Talk

Push to Talk allows people to call each other and have the call answered automatically, either as a one-way call, or a two-way call.

Remote Office

Make calls and send your work name and number on outbound calls from ANY telephone; any long distance charges apply to your office number, not the telephone you are using as long as your office phone and the number you are calling from are in the same local service area.

Selective Call Acceptance

Allows you to limit incoming calls up to 12 pre-programmed numbers. All other calls will be forwarded to a message stating that calls are not being accepted at this time.

Selective Call Rejection

Program your phone to act as a gatekeeper. Select times of the day to reject ALL calls or specific numbers to enable you to be uninterrupted or to prevent unwanted calls.

Sequential Ring

Create a “find-me” list of numbers to be alerted sequentially for selected calls when you are away from your office.

Shared Call Appearance +10

Allows you to program incoming calls to ring at various phones in sequential order. For example, your office phones, your cell phone, etc.

Simultaneous Ring

Allows you to program incoming calls to ring simultaneously at various phones.

Voice Portal Calling

You can make a call via the Voice Mail system as if they were calling from their desk; the calls are still made from the user’s account but can be done from any phone.
